Where do I park?
The is plenty of free public parking right outside our door.
But please note that some parking areas in the center of Akureyri have a system where you have free parking but for a limited time
How do I check in?
Our check-in process is self servied.
14:00 On your arrival day, we will send you an email with your room number, pin-number to your room and all the perks and services available at Hotel Akureyri and in our area.
Our concierge service is online and if assistance is needed on-site, someone will come running.
How do I check out?
We kindly ask you to leave your room before 12:00
Because you’ve already paid for your room before check-in and the payment is settled. You can just head on your way. If you feel like chatting, please do not hesitate to give us a call.
Can you store my bags and things?
Yes, sure thing.
Just give us a call and someone will be with you in a jiffy.
Can I do my laundry?
We do not have self-service laundry facilities at the hotel but we can assist you to a nearby dry cleaning service.
